Attend the consultation events for Site B

Bellway Homes are pleased to invite you to take part in their latest public consultation on their proposals to redevelop the Billet Road Opportunity Area that is allocated for new homes in Redbridge Council’s Local Plan.

Bellway are holding a new public consultation to present their emerging proposals for Site B within the overall Masterplan area. In this latest round of public consultation events, Bellway would like to hear your views on the provision of a new Billet Central Park, a community hub as well as new homes.

Both of the public drop-in events will be held at Bellway’s new consultation centre off of Billet Road. The consultation centre is accessed using the former Hainault House entrance on Billet Road. Parking is available at the venue.

All the information displayed at the public drop-in events will be available to view on this website following the events.
