Bellway Homes are pleased to invite the community to take part in their latest public consultation event on their proposals to redevelop the Billet Road Opportunity Area that is allocated for new homes in Redbridge Council’s Local Plan.

Bellway would to thank all residents who took part in their public consultation over the winter to help design their overall Masterplan for new homes, green space and a community hub across the overall Opportunity Area at Billet Road.

Now, Bellway are holding a new public consultation to present their emerging proposals for the first phase of redevelopment at Site A within the Opportunity Area. As a part of this public consultation, Bellway would like to hear your views on the finer details of the development, from materials and character to landscaping and layout. Your comments will help to inform the design process before a planning application is submitted to Redbridge Council this Autumn.
